SUMMARY RESULTS

SECOND ROUND OF INTERVIEWS

Most of our interviewees, especially sport fans willing to find local bars proceed just going on the streets and walking around, hoping to find the right bar, broadcasting the right game; but it is very often a huge loss of time and energy. Main difficulties are linked to lack of room in the bar, especially for big games;  and to the language, which is a strong barrier in some countries.

Maps is definitely a popular tool to look for bars, as the map is easy to use, very specific (accurate indications about location and itinerary) and trust-worthy on the grading of the establishments, to which travellers grant a big importance

Also offline mode is a feature to think about because not all users can have connection abroad: be able to save bars and keep their location even without Internet

For occasional sport fans, it is essential to provide the "social" aspect of going to a bar watch a game. Features such as chat, the number of participants to the event or drinks and food in the bar matter a lot.

Also these communication features are important to uncommun sport fans, suggesting new broadcastings and hopins then to meet other members of the community.
