UVP1: WE BELIVE THAT THE FASTEST & THE MOST CONVENIENT WAY TO FIND A NEARBY PUB BROADCASTING PARTICULAR SPORT EVENTS IS AN IMPORTANT FEATURE FOR OUR TARGET CUSTOMERS
- Based on our interviews respondents will appreciate the pub listings at the most, neatly they would love to see opening hours, how crowded the place is, the possibility to book a table and also the variety of food and drinks.
UVP2: WE BELIEVE THAT WIDE RANGE OF DIFFERENT SPORT EVENTS BASED ON CUSTOMER PREFERENCES IS A CRUCIAL ATTRIBUTE FOR OUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS
- about 50% of our respondents are interested in different sport events, they would love to see tennis, ice-hockey, basketball or rugby
CS1: WE BELIEVE THAT SOLO TRAVELERS IN GENERAL ARE A VIABLE CUSTOMER SEGMENT
- We decided to target mainly the long-term travelers (staying in the city/location for more than 1 week). This is also a reason why we pursue the mobile app and not the website.
Next steps in our testing -> increase traffic to our MVP
Our feedback so far:
- want to see also the review stars of the pub at the main page
- want to see the number of people going to the pub at the main page
- can you chat with anyone or only with people going to the same pub?
- I would like to see the highlighted advantages of the premium account (to attract more users to move to the premium subscription)
- I would like to include the "comment section" below each pub
- Is there any possibility to directly contact the pubs? Or is everything done via Game Lads app?
- Can I "follow" people I chat with and keep in touch even after the game?
- Can I make special requests directly from the app when I book the table? (food allergies, disabilities, etc.)
- I would like to receive updates and reminders from the app (as notifications) with important information about the event as the game approaches
- Can I buy a ticket for the stadium as well?
- Do you have any promotions with club as well in case I want to buy merchandising from the team?
- Can I look at the menu or only at offers and discounts?
